Remembering friends...

Sms that i received from a good friend in Kedah last night :

Sahabat....
Jika hari ini aku terlalu gembira, sedarkanlah aku dengan amaran Allah,
Jika ku bersedih tanpa kata, pujuklah aku dengan Tarbiah Pencipta,
Jika ku lemah tidak berdaya, ingatkanlah aku dengan kehebatan syurga,
Jika antara kita ada tembok yang memisahkan, ajaklah aku meleraikan segera,
Jika pernah hatimu terluka, luahkanlah agar aku berubah,
Dan jika esok ku terlena tanpa terjaga, iringlah lena ku dengan kalungan doa...
Berjanjilah sahabat, ukhuwah kita untuk selamanya...

"Beautiful n TQ" was part of my reply to her. Very touching.. and as some of my friends said after i'd shared with them, "sayu..."...ye la, really.. Hope i can be a good friend to my friends, yang saling ingat mengingati - persahabatan yang diredha Ilahi.

Cakap pasal friends, Alhamdulillah i have circles of very best, good ones - from seri puteri, to uk days n after. In fact, semalam i had a good time with some of them - hi-T at Nikko Hotel Ampang, tak puas rasanya jumpa sekejap as dah lama kami tak dapat almost full tu (9 1/2 of us ! - Iman being the 'half' one - complete with froggy yg "auntie mok" nak ambik - nasib baik tak nangis.. he he he..)...

Now i'm looking forward to our plan nak buat trip to negara jiran... tak kisah lah that this year is a visit malaysia year.. hehe.. our trip to Lanjut Resort few years back was really fun - complete dgn swimming(not for me - tak reti!), cycling tepi pantai, mengorek n cari kepah2 dlm sungai with the ending of kulit kepah yang menimbun kat atas meja makan! What fun :-)

Membesar dengan friends since belasan tahun sometimes makes me more comfortable to confide in them, one such friend that i can talk almost about anything is in Kuching, met her the first time in Newcastle (with her bag full of mee segera! hehehe. she said, "takut tak boleh nak makan apa-apa kat sini"... - i can still remember her recipe for puding jagung.) Last spoken to her late last year but tak sempat lama. I hope she (n her son, a very good boy Iqmal) are doing fine and in good health... i should call her soon, teringin jugak nak pergi visit them in Kuching, insyaAllah one fine day.

Being someone yang a bit reserve and value privacy, does not matter tak ramai kawan but syukur kepada-NYA for the ones that i have, sahabat yang tidak melalaikan...
